This page is for households moving between the Eastern Province and the governorates west of Riyadh: Dawadmi, Shaqra, Al Quwayiyah and the towns and villages around them. Typical customers are teachers and employees transferred there, university staff and students at the region's campuses, families returning to their hometown after years in Dammam or Jubail — or people moving the other way.

What the Dawadmi and Shaqra route looks like
The usual road follows the Dammam–Riyadh highway, then heads west — roughly 600 to 750 km depending on the exact destination and pickup point. In practice:
- Close to a full travel day: we load early in the morning or the evening before so unloading happens in daylight.
- Skipping Riyadh traffic: departure is timed so the loaded truck is not stuck in Riyadh rush hour.
- Separate destinations: Shaqra, Dawadmi and Al Quwayiyah are different towns with real distance between them — give us the exact destination, not just "west of Riyadh".
- Dry inland weather: hot summers and cold winter nights, so we protect appliances and wood from heat and dust.
Homes and unloading
Most homes in these governorates are stand-alone houses, floors and villas, with some apartments in newer districts and employer housing for some organisations. Stand-alone houses make truck parking easier, but usually mean more furniture: separate majlis rooms, floor seating, carpets and large kitchens. Farms and rest houses outside town need an exact pin and directions.
Practical tip: if you will live in a small temporary place until you find the right home, consider moving only the essentials and keeping the rest in furniture storage in the Eastern Province, instead of moving the whole house twice.

Dawadmi and Shaqra to the Eastern Province
We also move the other way — from Dawadmi, Shaqra or Al Quwayiyah to Dammam, Khobar, Jubail or Al Ahsa.
