Inside the Eastern Province, but not a short hop
Khafji sits at the far north of the Eastern Province on the Gulf coast, close to the Kuwaiti border. From Dammam it is roughly 300 km north, passing Jubail on the way. That makes it much further than routes like Dammam to Khobar or Dammam to Qatif, and much closer than long-haul trips to Riyadh or the Hijaz.
We treat it as a medium-distance move. For small and mid-sized homes we can usually load in the morning and unload and reassemble in Khafji the same day. Large villas may need one day for dismantling, packing and loading, and a second day for unloading and assembly.

Road and weather precautions
The highway north to Khafji is a fairly long coastal road. Summer humidity is high near the coast and dusty days are common. So the truck is always closed, mattresses and fabric sofas are fully wrapped, and appliances travel upright and strapped. In summer we prefer an early start so unloading does not fall in the hottest hours.
Housing in Khafji: villas, flats and company housing
Khafji has villas, standalone houses and apartment buildings, plus company housing for some employers. Moving into company housing? Send us the entry requirements and truck delivery hours. Moving into a building? Tell us the floor, whether there is a lift and its door size, since that decides whether large wardrobes must be fully dismantled.
