Distance and Road
Hafar Al Batin is roughly 450 to 500 km from Dammam depending on where you start, heading north on the main highways between the coast and the north of the province. In most cases we load in the morning and arrive the same day, then unload and assemble that day or the next morning depending on volume and arrival time. When do we split it over two days? For large homes with many bedrooms to assemble, we prefer to unload on arrival day and assemble calmly the next day rather than working late into the night.
Employer Housing and Compounds
Some people moving to Hafar Al Batin and the surrounding area live in employer housing or compounds with gates and entry rules, including housing linked to government or military bodies. In that case:
- You arrange entry permission for the truck and crew with the body responsible for the housing before the day.
