Who this page is for
Owners and operators of furnished apartments rented monthly or short-term in the Eastern Province. It is not for a regular family home move (for that see residential movers). The needs are different: furniture is similar across units, and the goal is to keep each unit rentable with as little downtime as possible.
Jobs we handle
- Clearing a unit: the head lease has ended, or you are converting it to unfurnished, so furniture goes to storage or another unit.
- Moving furniture between units: from an apartment in Khobar to one in Dammam, or from one floor to another in the same building.
- Furnishing a new unit: from a storage space with ready furniture, or collecting pieces from several places into one apartment.
- Swapping furniture: taking old furniture out and bringing new furniture in on the same day.
What matters to a furnished-unit owner
- Condition: a scratched table or torn sofa hurts listing photos and guest reviews, so we wrap every piece, even for a short move inside the building.
- Speed to ready: every day a unit is not ready is a day without rent. We plan loading and assembly so rooms are set up on moving day wherever possible.
- Keys and access: many owners are not on site; we can coordinate with the building guard or property manager for key handover.
- Inventory: we recommend an inventory list per unit (chairs, cushions, appliances, kitchenware) checked at loading and delivery.
Owner tip: photograph every room before and after the move. It helps confirm condition and gives you fresh photos for your listing after set-up.
Kitchenware and small furnishings
Furnished apartments hold many small items: plates, glasses and pots, bed linen and curtains, cushions and blankets, remotes and cables. These are what usually go missing in a move. We pack them in cartons numbered by unit and room, and keep each unit’s items separate when moving several apartments. See kitchen packing and moving.
Moving several units at once
If you have several units in one building or two nearby buildings, we can plan the move over one day or two consecutive days, finishing one complete unit before starting the next so pieces never mix between apartments. For shops or offices in the same property see shop relocation and office movers in Dammam.
What we do not do
We move, pack, dismantle, reassemble and arrange furniture. We do not clean, paint, do plumbing or electrical work, mount TVs or wall-fixed curtains, or install AC units, and we do not use external hoists. For high floors without a lift see moving without an elevator; if you need space for an empty unit’s furniture see furniture storage.
Where we work
We move furnished-apartment furniture within Dammam, Khobar, Dhahran, Jubail, Qatif, Saihat and Al Ahsa, and between these cities. In Khobar, many furnished units are in newer buildings with lifts and lift-booking rules; in parts of Dammam and Qatif older walk-up buildings are common; in Jubail Industrial many units are rented to workers on annual leases. Each case needs a different crew size and timing. For city-specific apartment moves see apartment movers in Khobar and apartment movers in Jubail.
