Saihat Buildings: Stairs and Small Lifts
Saihat has a mix of older buildings, many of them walk-ups, and newer buildings that have lifts, usually small ones. That is the single biggest factor in planning a flat move:
- No lift: crew size is set by the floor, and wardrobes and beds are fully dismantled because narrow stairs will not take large assembled pieces.
- Small lift: sofas are wrapped and carried at a planned angle, and lift walls and doors are protected.
- Narrow shared entrance: we park so the street is not blocked for neighbours for long.
Send us: a photo of the stairs or lift, the floor of both buildings, and whether the new building has a caretaker or management that sets moving times.
Saihat to Dammam or Qatif
Saihat sits close to both Dammam and Qatif, so many moves run between them. Usually we load in the morning and unload and assemble the same day. For Qatif towns such as Tarout, Safwa or Awamiyah we ask about the street and parking, as some older neighbourhoods have narrow roads. Moving to Al Khobar? A Small Flat or a Single Room
Not every flat move is big. Sometimes it is a one-bedroom flat for someone working in Dammam, or a bedroom set and a few appliances going to the family home in Saihat. Appliances and Small Items
Flats are full of small items: kitchenware, books, toys. We provide boxes and number them by room so unpacking is easy. For the kitchen see kitchen packing for a move, and for the fridge and washer see appliance moving. AC removal and plumbing are not part of our services.
Handing Back the Old Flat
