Why a villa move in Saihat is a different job
An apartment is usually one floor and one day. Streets and access in Saihat
Some older houses in Saihat sit on narrow inner streets where a large truck cannot reach the door, while villas in newer plans usually have wider roads. We ask about street width, the distance from where the truck can stop to your door, and whether the internal staircase is narrow or turning, because big wardrobes and sofas may need dismantling or a particular route out. If the location needs a smaller truck and several trips, we tell you before booking, not on the day.
One day or two?
A mid-sized villa can often be done in one long working day with enough crew. For large villas, or homes with an annex and a full storeroom, we usually recommend splitting it: one day for dismantling, packing and boxing, and one for loading, unloading and assembly. It reduces pressure on the crew, lowers the chance of mistakes, and gives you time to sort personal items.

Packing and dismantling in villas
Villas tend to hold valuable pieces: small detached chandeliers, large mirrors, ornaments, glass tables and many appliances.
