The usual situation: you bought it, now how do you move it?
Buying second-hand furniture is common in the Eastern Province, especially with so many residents relocating or leaving on final exit and selling before they go. Once the price is agreed the problem starts: the bedroom set needs dismantling, the fridge is big, and the seller needs the flat empty by a certain date. That is where we come in:
- We agree a time that suits you and the seller.
- We go to the seller's home, dismantle, label and wrap the pieces.
- We transport them in a closed vehicle and reassemble them in the room you choose.
What we do not do: we never collect or pay money to the seller on your behalf, and we do not assess or guarantee the condition of the item. Price, payment and inspection are between you and the seller.
Before you book: inspect the item
- Wooden furniture: check drawers, hinges and doors, and make sure all parts and screws are there if it was already taken apart.
- Mattresses and sofas: inspect cleanliness, odours and any signs of insects, especially seams and corners.
- Appliances: ask to see the fridge or washer running before moving day if possible.
- Measurements: measure the item, your entrance, the lift and the room; a large assembled wardrobe may only pass the door once dismantled.

Coordinating with the seller
- Send us the seller's location, floor, lift details and photos of the items in place.
- Tell the seller our time and make sure they, or someone for them, will be there.
- If the seller is leaving and needs the flat empty quickly, tell us the latest possible time so we can prioritise. See also same-day movers.

Between cities
Sometimes the right piece is in another Eastern Province city: Khobar to Dammam, Jubail to Qatif, or Al Ahsa to Dhahran. We move it the same way, with distance priced in. For a few items see small moves, and for bedrooms specifically see bedroom set movers.
After delivery: before you use it
- Cleaning: wipe surfaces and drawers after assembly and air mattresses and sofas before use.
- Appliances: let the fridge stand for some hours before switching on, per the manufacturer's guidance, and have a technician connect a washer if it needs plumbing.
- Missing screws: if the seller had already taken the piece apart, small parts may be missing. We tell you straight away if we notice so you can contact the seller.
- Placement: decide where each piece goes before we arrive so it lands in its final spot.
