The Khobar – Makkah trip in practical terms
The usual route runs from Khobar to Riyadh and then west toward Makkah. Depending on the road and your district in Makkah, the total is roughly 1,250 km or more. That means long hours of vibration and heat inside the truck box, so we never treat this as a local move made bigger:
- Every wooden or glass item is wrapped in layers, with foam guards on the corners.
- Mattresses and sofas are fully covered in plastic and then strapped.
- The load is arranged heaviest to lightest and strapped in stages.

The seasons
During Ramadan and the Hajj season, traffic in Makkah changes and entry rules or road restrictions may apply to some roads and vehicles. If your date is close to these periods, tell us early so we can choose suitable timing.
