When people move without being there
Typical cases: an employee who has started work in Riyadh or Jeddah while the family is still in Dammam; someone abroad whose Khobar lease is ending; adult children arranging their parents’ move from another city; or a tenant who must vacate an Al Ahsa flat while working far away. All of these are possible, but the details must be settled before moving day, not during it.
Three people to name in advance
- The key holder: a relative, friend, building guard or the property office. We need their name and number beforehand.
- The receiver: someone at the new home to open up and show where rooms are — or a clear agreement to use storage if nobody is there.
- The decision-maker: you on WhatsApp, or someone you authorise, so work does not stop waiting for answers.
A video survey instead of a visit
If you are not in town, the key holder can send us a video of each room, or we can do a short video call. We need to see large furniture, wardrobes, the kitchen, appliances, floor and lift, and the entrance. You then receive a written quote on WhatsApp stating what will move and what the price includes.

Valuables and documents
Before you travel or before moving day, gather gold, cash, official documents and small valuable electronics and hand them to someone you trust or take them with you. Do not leave them in drawers or wardrobes, because the crew will dismantle wardrobes and pack their contents. We say this for every move; it matters even more when you are not there.
Staying informed during the move
We agree clear check-in points with you: when work starts, after packing and loading, on arrival, and after assembly. Photos at these stages can be agreed so you can follow progress. If an unexpected item or a question about what to move comes up, we ask you or your representative before acting.
If the new home is not ready
