Movers from Qatif to Taif

Scope of this page: moves from Qatif and nearby to Taif. For moves from Khobar see movers Khobar to Taif, from Al Ahsa movers Al Ahsa to Taif, and for the city itself movers in Qatif.

Three stages from departure to arrival

A Qatif to Taif move has a loading stage in Qatif, a long road west of over a thousand kilometres, and an unloading stage in Taif. Each has its challenge: loading may be in a narrow older district, the road needs a secured load and a schedule, and unloading may be at a house on a slope or a building without a lift. We do not promise a time before the survey.

We do not claim to know every district and street in Qatif or Taif. We ask for a map pin and photos of the entrance and plan around what they show.

Leaving Qatif: the street before the truck

Some homes in Qatif sit in older districts with narrow streets that a large truck may not enter. If yours is one, we may need a stopping place further away and have to carry pieces to the truck by hand, which affects time and crew size. Tell us the street width and the nearest place the truck can stand. See local movers in Qatif and old houses and narrow streets moving.

Taif: highlands and sloping roads

Taif lies in the highlands and some roads to homes may be steep or narrow. If you know this about your new address, tell us, because it can decide where the truck stops and how unloading is done. Ask the landlord or neighbours about the nearest parking. Even if Taif's summer weather is milder, wooden furniture and appliances still deserve good wrapping.

Questions we ask before agreeing

• Which district of Qatif are you in, and how wide is the street in front of the house?
• Is the Taif address a flat or a house, and on which floor?
• Is there a lift or a narrow staircase at the destination?
• Do you need dismantling, reassembly or wrapping?
• When do you receive the key in Taif?

The load on a long road

The truck is arranged so heavy pieces are secured, fragile ones kept apart and the load tied down. Papers, medicine and personal items stay with you. See moving inventory list and moving while away if you will travel ahead of the truck.

Cost

We do not quote a figure before the survey. Cost changes with load volume, distance, difficulty of access at both ends, wrapping, dismantling and assembly. Send room photos and both addresses and we will explain what the estimate includes.
