Booking in three steps

- Send the basic details (listed below) and photos of the rooms if possible.
- We reply with an estimate and what it covers, then confirm the date with you before moving day.
We do not ask you to agree before you understand what the estimate covers. If you have a question about any item, ask before you book.
Details that speed up the reply
- The pickup address: district, building type, floor and lift.
- The destination in the same detail, or just the city if it is outside Dammam.
- The proposed date and the key handover hour, if there is one.
- A list of the main pieces: beds, wardrobes, sofas, fridge, washer, desk.
- What you want from us: moving only, or wrapping and reassembly as well.

Photos answer half the questions
Quick photos of each room, the entrance, the stairs and the lift help us estimate the crew and the truck size. They do not need to be professional; it is enough that the large pieces and the hallway are visible.
When to book
The earlier the date, the more comfortably we can plan it, especially on busy weekdays, at the start of the month and around lease endings. If your move is urgent, call and tell us, and see urgent moving. Holidays have their own conditions and may need earlier booking: moving during holidays.
After booking: what is confirmed
- The date, the arrival time and the pickup address.
- What the estimate includes: moving, dismantling, reassembly, wrapping.
- The phone number of whoever will receive the crew at the destination, if you are not there.
On the morning of the move we call before arriving. We do not assume a rescheduling or cancellation policy here, so ask about it before booking and ask for it in writing in the reply.
Moving day
The crew arrives, looks over the pieces and starts dismantling and wrapping, then loading. You keep the keys, papers and medicine with you. For preparation see preparing your home before the move.
