What a 1,400 km trip means for your furniture
By road, Jubail to Jeddah is roughly 1,400 km, usually via Riyadh and then the highway towards Makkah and Jeddah. That is many hours of vibration and heat inside a truck box, so we plan it differently from a move within the Eastern Province:
- Full packing, not partial: mattresses sealed in covers, sofas in blankets and stretch film, glass and mirrors in cartons with foam corners.
- Large items dismantled: beds, wardrobes and dining tables are taken apart, with screws bagged and labelled per item so reassembly in Jeddah is quick.
- Planned loading: heavy pieces low and forward, appliances upright and strapped, light cartons on top.
- Transit time: the load usually arrives the next day or the day after, depending on when loading finishes and the size of the move. We confirm the delivery date in writing before departure.

Receiving the furniture in Jeddah
Most moves into Jeddah end at an apartment building, a residential tower or a villa in the northern districts. Before arrival we need:
- The exact address, a map pin, and a contact who can receive the truck if you are not there yet.
- Whether the building has a lift, and whether it must be booked or the guard notified.
- Which room each item goes to, so beds and wardrobes are assembled in place straight away.
